Merry Christmas! I wake up this morning in complete Joy and Thanks! Today I only have a few verses that I wanted to share with you and to encourage you in reflecting on the "Real Reason for the Season as I know soon my family will be waking up to share in each others company over some hot coffee, treats, and much laughter!!! WHat a blessing this is! Today GOd gave the biggest gift anyone of us could freely accept, that is Jesus Christ!
" FOr God, who said, 'Let there be Light in darkness,' has made this light shine in our hearts so we could know the Glory of God that is seen in the face of Jesus." 2 Corinthians 4:6
" Though He was God, He did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up His divine privileges, He took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When He appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal's death on a cross." Philippians 2:6-8
"You know the generous grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. THough He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, so that by His poverty He could make you rich." 2 Corinthians 8:9
